Throughout the course of history, we’ve seen that when people set their minds to wildly ambitious goals, the seemingly impossible starts to become possible. Moonshot thinking is about just that — pursuing things that sound undoable, but if done, could redefine humanity.
When you think about growing something 10x or improving something 10-fold, your decisions change. Your next step, the people you hire, etc. all change. Below are my current moonshots. I hope they inspire you. If you have ideas to move closer to them, reach out to me.
Moonshot 1:
By 2025 we, Rebus Capital, will reduce the cost of utilities on all of our properties by 90%.
Moonshot 2:
By 2030 we, Rebus Capital, will grow our portfolio 10x going from 1,300 units to 13,000 units.
